Team Leader Disposition Core Vehicle Leasing (m/f/d)

In our Customer Fulfillment Core department in our headquarters in Hamburg or our branch in the Hamburg Campus, you have the pleasure to introduce your expertise and strengthen our team: You take the professional and disciplinary leadership as well as the further development of your Dispo team. You ask for a smooth process in order processing – from testing the vehicle equipment to registration of the delivery dates and sending the order confirmation. You are the central contact person for traders with deviations in equipment, prices or missing order confirmations. You release invoices in accordance with competencies and ensure quality through the 4-eye principle. You answer questions about delivery times, prices, equipment combinations etc. You actively participate in monitoring and controlling external service providers and keeps a cool head in complaint management. You will participate in the development and implementation of digital tools and AI solutions.

Experience in the leasing industry and a good understanding of vehicle models, equipment and ordering processes Dealing with customers and external partners Basic knowledge of accounting, especially with regard to audit and clearance of accounts High sensitivity and ability to resolve conflicts constructively leadership experience desirable Team spirit, motivation and self-reflection Excellent communication skills in German and English in word and writing Sovereign handling of the MS Office package
