Commercial control of construction projects across all phases of the project Establishing, monitoring and updating project budgets and profitability calculations Cost control according to DIN 276 incl. Target/actual comparisons and forecasts Monitoring project dates and analysis of deviations Assessment of yields, cost changes and construction time shifts with a view to their impact in cooperation with project managers Creation of regular project and management reports Preparation of decision bases for the Management Board, Supervisory Board and Project Manager Risk management support (identification, assessment, measures) Close cooperation with financial and specialist departments Ensuring compliance with regulatory provisions You report directly to the (commercial) Management Board

Complete studies in the field of business management, civil engineering, architecture, economic engineering, real estate management or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience as well as good knowledge in controlling construction projects or project management as well as pre- and post-calculation for profitability Safe handling of DIN 276 as well as common controlling and reporting instruments incl. Excel /MS Office 365 Willingness to work in the RLP (ISB) and Bund (BAFA/KfW) housing and modernization funding law Good business knowledge and understanding of technical relationships Analytical, structured and careful operation Impressed communication capability and safe occurrence internally and externally
