Head of IT (m/f/d)

Responsibility for planning, operation and strategic development of the IT infrastructure and the company-wide software landscape Ensuring and continuous optimization of a stable, secure and sustainable IT operation (infrastructure, applications, IT security) taking into account regulatory requirements (in particular NIS2), and taking into account the economic basis Function as a central interface between IT and departments as well as address-oriented reporting to management Development and implementation of a sustainable IT and digitalization strategy in close coordination with the management Identification, evaluation and introduction of innovative technologies, in particular AI-based software solutions, to increase efficiency and process optimization Coordination and support of external service providers Professional and disciplinary leadership of the IT team as well as operational cooperation in day-to-day business including further development of skills and processes

Complete study of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the IT environment, ideally in a leading function Funded knowledge in IT infrastructure and IT security (NIS2), especially in terms of the stable and secure operation of complex system landscapes and IT architectures Experience in digitalization and further development of business processes Leadership experience as well as strong competence in the motivation of teams and active support of change processes Very good communication skills in order to prepare and convey complex technical facts for different target groups in an address-oriented and comprehensible manner
