Your profile:

• Successfully completed technical training or a comparable qualification

• Professional experience in metalworking and in operation CNC-controlled machine tools

• Experience in handling the controls Mazak/Mazatrol as well as Mori Seiki/ MAPPS

• Willingness to shiftwork organisational staff as well as independent and conscientious working

• Teamability, Reliability, Engagement

• Secure handling of MS-Office

• Very good German language skills

• Class B driving licence

Your activities:

• Self-working on CNC lathes

• Programming of different workpieces according to drawing on machine control

• Roughing of the machine and straightening of tools

• Editing and optimizing programs; discarding programs and creating the program data sheet

• Implementation of dimensional controls and corrections as required

• Complete measurement of workpieces and documentation in the quality protocol

• Monitor ongoing production in terms of quality, quantity and dates

• Execution of small maintenance/restoration work
