Telephone support of customers and patients (Inbound) Processing of applications for partial payment General correspondence and other office activities

Completed commercial or dental vocational training Ideally two to three years of professional experience in administration, preferably with accounting knowledge as dental specialist (m/w/d) Safe handling of the MS Office package Impressed conception and strong communication skills High responsibility, structured working style, service orientation and team skills
