Trade Finance & Lending: Covers the entire range of credit solutions for companies and offers solutions related to imports, exports and domestic trading. Risk Management Solutions: Advice and support for internationally aspiring companies on risk management solutions with direct capital market access and distribution of investment and liquidity products. To start your trainee program, you will take part in a three-week orientation phase with your global trainee course, which offers you valuable insights into our business and our bank in addition to helpful training. During the course of the trainee program, you will immerse yourself in the Corporate Bank within six rotations and find out where your professional strengths and interests are. You work and learn together with and from experienced and closeable colleagues and experience a working culture characterized by openness and teamwork. In the day-to-day business and special projects, you develop strategies and innovative ideas with which we support customers in achieving their financial goals. Our professional environment enables you to realise what we can best do with us at an early stage: to develop innovative, effective solutions for our customers – with deep dedication.

We recruit students and graduates from all kinds of disciplines. Interest in financial questions or future-oriented topics, e.g. digitalization or AI, and good communication skills, we require good German and English skills. Of course, a pronounced understanding of figures for some roles is important, but a mathematical or financial studies is not absolutely necessary. In our comprehensive training program, you will be taught all the technical knowledge you need for a career with us to accompany our customers in their growth and change in the long term. To participate in the program, you must meet the following requirements: You should study between 1 January 2025 and 31st July 2026 successfully complete and no longer have open courses You should be ready to start a full-time job from July 2026, taking into account local labour laws and visa regulations You should not bring more than 12 practice-relevant months full-time work experience (except for practice)
