About us

Our parent initiative-Kita K.I.D.S. e.V. supervises 60 children aged from 2 to 6 years in three groups. We work in an open, esteeming with children, parents and team and are as “1A Employers” awarded. Our goal is to create an environment create where children can learn, play and grow with joy. Our team of 9 pedagogical professionals, a lead, Intern:inside, everyday support and a dedicated Kitchen team creates a living, varied Kita everyday.

Your duties

• Lovely care, promotion and support of children at age of 2–6 years

• Planning, implementation and reflection of educational offers

• Monitoring and documentation of child development

• Designing projects and kita activities

• Working with parents and active teamwork

Your profile

• completed training as an educatorin, curative nursein, Social education*in or comparable qualification according to KiBiz NRW

• Joy in working with children and empathy

• Team spirit, creativity and reliability

• Motivation to take responsibility and actively contribute

• Remuneration after TVöD-SuE
