Self-responsible occupational health advice and support for managers and employees in all health and prevention issues Advising the company in accordance with § 3 ASiG on all issues of health protection, occupational health care and the human-friendly design of work on the basis of legal requirements as well as operational regulations and processes Participation in relevant committees and committees as well as close cooperation with security experts, HR, representations of interests and top management to the board and shareholder level Implementation of medical precautions, personal consultations, occupational medical assessments and job visits in the workplace Development, implementation and further development of occupational medical concepts and regular prevention measures (e.g. vaccination campaigns) Strategic development of cooperation with the company's health management as well as management and development of cooperation with external service providers Support and support of employees in the context of the operational integration management (BEM) in cooperation with the social counselling and external partners, as well as further development of the management approach
