You take over the management of our holding companies – from ongoing evaluation to reporting and KPI tracking Corporate law topics, decision-making templates and forum documents provide you with a sound and practical basis – thereby creating a resilient basis for management, bodies and shareholders The establishment and further development of our joint ventures actively accompany you and contribute to the development of future-oriented structures In coordination with departments and external partners, you ensure smooth operations and support the sustainable development of our participations Processes and methods will be developed in a targeted manner – with a view to efficiency, quality and sustainability As an interface between business areas, you work closely with different stakeholders and actively contribute to the company's know-how building The position is in perspective and offers you the opportunity to expand your range of tasks in participation management

Successfully completed studies of the business, economic engineering or a comparable degree programme First to several years of professional experience in a business environment, e.g. in controlling, finance, purchasing or in comparable functions Excellent analytical skills and a good understanding of economic relationships and corporate structures Interest in overarching issues concerning participations, business development and economic governance Knowledge of the energy industry is advantageous, but no requirement Safe and binding occurrence in cooperation with internal and external contact persons Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation
