When it comes to your training, the ADAC offers you various options: In one of our many areas, you can complete your vocational training or implement your theoretical knowledge as a dual student. And the best thing: you always help other people. You advise and support our members and customers to find the right insurance cover – individually. You process contract changes, care for stocks, and make sure that our customers feel good. You carry out contract changes and measures for maintenance and retention of contract. Whether accident, theft or other damage – you help find solutions and check services. You learn how accounting and controlling work and how to make smart decisions. You work with others, bring your own ideas and even take your own projects. Seminars and workshops help you to strengthen your social and methodological skills.

Abitur, subject-bound university maturity or good medium maturity – especially with good grades in German, mathematics, business and accounting. An internship in the service industry is great – but no need. You are friendly, reliable, responsible and will be happy to work in the team. You want to learn new things, develop yourself and actively contribute to your training.
