HR Specialist (m/f/d)

You're the first person in all personal questions to be asked. You accompany our employees from onboarding to offboarding You create work contracts, contract changes, certificates and certificates You care about personal files and work with modern HR systems You support the billing and work closely with executives You actively contribute to HR projects and the further development of our processes

A completed commercial training, ideally focused on personnel, a completed study in the field of business management, human resources management, economic psychology or a comparable qualification. First experience in human resources is an advantage – dedicated professionals are welcome Interest in labour and collective bargaining (TVöD knowledge is a plus, but no need) A structured, reliable way of working and a good sense for people Discretion, sense of responsibility and communication strength Team spirit, initiative and desire to further develop
