We are looking for a personnel officer (m/w/d) at the next possible time.

Our Team Personal Service is the heart of our company - we are the first contacts for our employees and ensure that they feel comfortable all around.

With a lot of fingertips you create work contracts, certificates and certificates and are a valuable contact person in the general correspondence. You create the perfect start for our new colleagues by accompanying the onboarding from A to Z - from preparation to welcome. With attention to detail, you keep our digital personal files up-to-date and provide personal master data and organigrams. You take care of the company's integration management so that our employees feel well-resolved. In addition, you take care of the handling of our benefits and take care of them in the back office - so that our employees can benefit from attractive additional services. You create targeted evaluations and statistics to gain valuable insights for our personnel work. With creative ideas and deeds, you take on your own personal projects and actively shape it - whether through process optimization or new impulses for the Team Personal Service.

You have a successfully completed bachelor's degree with a focus on BWL or a commercial training with an additional qualification in the area of staff. You bring well-founded knowledge of working and operating constitutional law and have experience in direct communication with the works council. Your self-responsible and solution-oriented way of working makes you a real support for our team. Changes are not a challenge for you, but a chance - you actively shape processes and introduce fresh ideas. You have an organizational talent and a strong communication strength - because you know that people are at the centre. Team spirit and empathy are of course for you - you are a real “People Person”. You are fit in MS Office and may even have experience with HR software.
