Development and implementation of a strategic transfer, funding and fundraising strategy for UTN Identification, analysis and evaluation of national and international funding programmes and the development of appropriate funding and financing strategies for transfer activities Establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships and developing and implementing community building and networking activities with science, business and society Strategic advice from researchers on transfer, funding and financing opportunities as well as support for complex funding and fundraising projects Further development of transfer processes, monitoring and evaluation instruments, as well as representation of the University towards funding providers, project promoters and strategic partners

Required: A successfully completed university degree at Master level in economics, e.g. innovation management and entrepreneurship, business management, economic engineering, science management or comparable Multiannual (at least two years) relevant professional experience, for example in funding management, fundraising, knowledge and technology transfer or science management Experience in the development and implementation of strategic concepts and in the management of complex projects and cooperations Embossed organizational, communication and team skills as well as reliable working Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing Remarkable: Knowledge and technology transfer and understanding of the interface between science, business and society Strategic thinking and ability to develop transfer structures and processes conceptually Ability to initiate and develop sustainable strategic partnerships and networks
