IT Infrastructure & Operations (PT/TE) is the technological foundation for the digital world of work at Mercedes-Benz. The range of tasks ranges from data centers, IT platforms and digital workplace to enterprise architecture to global service delivery models. Your internship is located in the Sourcing & Supplier Management area. Within IT, our department is responsible for global contract and license management for Mercedes-Benz Group AG and combines operational tasks with strategic issues. Our goal is to develop existing processes and continuously optimize sourcing, supplier and contract management with digital tools, data-based approaches, new concepts and agile methods. And you can support us and introduce your own ideas. These tasks come to you, among others: Configure digitalization: support in the introduction and further development of digital processes and tools in the Sourcing & Supplier Management, including testing of applications and data management Analyze and visualize data: Processing and evaluation of data with Excel as well as support in the automation of recurring tasks, for example by using macros - in addition to creating meaningful analyses and visualizations with Excel, Power BI or comparable tools Actively support projects: support in the planning, coordination and follow-up of projects and take responsibility for their own tasks Creativity of communication: support for internal communication via various media and channels, especially in the social intranet - including creating banners and images as well as maintaining and updating content and files Creating management presentations: preparing complex content and creating professional and convincing presentations Support meetings and events: Participation in the preparation and follow-up of meetings, workshops and events Support for organisational tasks, preparation of required documents and tools, and structured follow-up and follow-up of topics Join the team: Bringing your own perspectives and ideas together in a varied, international environment with different stakeholders The internship can start from the end of February 2027.
