Your tasks:

• Support for existing customers: They act as central contact for existing customers and clarify all requests and Concern.
• master data management: You are responsible for the care and Updating customer data.
• Customer retention measures: They develop and implement measures long-term customer binding.
• Distribution of energy services products: Advising you Stock customers on products and services in the tariff sector and promote the sale.
• Telephone and written customer support: They serve customers both by phone and in writing and ensure a fast and efficient solution to their concerns.
• Introduction of aid measures: They support customers through appropriate measures to restore their viability.
• Monitoring of Council plans: You make sure that agreed Council plans are respected and, if necessary, make adjustments.

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training – you bring the necessary basis for a successful career and understand it, to work with numbers and processes.
• Professional experience in customer service or receivable management – you have profound experience in customer support and consulting and are familiar with complex issues in debt management.
• High customer orientation and communication strength customer needs, are empathy and convince both Telephone as well as in writing.
• Energy Services Sales Experience – You know how to enthuse customers of solutions and products successfully sold.
• Knowledge of accounting and ERP systems – you are versed in handling common software solutions and use them efficiently.
• Secure handling of MS Office – you are routined in dealing with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Co.
• Motivated and communicative personality with team spirit – you are proactive, bring a positive attitude to the team and work like to share solutions.
• Individual initiative and flexibility – you take challenges and react flexibly to changes.
