In order to strengthen our team of Schleswig-Holstein Netz GmbH, we are looking for a commercial specialist in customer service network customers (m/w/d)* as soon as possible for our site Henstedt-Ulzburg.

Due to the personal customer contact and the need to work locally in the network center, the position is only partially possible in the hybrid working model. As the first customer contact partner, you coordinate the timely processing of all customer requests in the area of network customer support in our company. You ensure customer-oriented communication from the first request to the final answer and act as a contact person for the management contracts. You are responsible for the first technical plausibility check of registered network connections and the associated supply creation. Our installers are also available as competent contact persons. You support in the processing of counters. In our IT systems you collect and process customer data and documents. You develop complex cases independently or support the search for the required information. When processing complaint cases, you are self-confident, reliable and content safe. You are open to other topics of the network economy, participate in group work groups and perform special tasks. For example, you support the design of technical requirements for the supportive IT systems with a view to the optimized and efficient execution of all tasks in network customer support.

You have technical or commercial vocational training (e.g. industrial businessman or electronics engineer for industrial engineering) including a corresponding additional qualification / further training as master, technician or specialist. You have extensive knowledge of network economic and energy economic relations in Germany and the provisions relevant to the activity. Customer orientation is not a foreign word for you, but the view through the 'customer glasses' is a matter of course for you. The satisfaction of our customers is your motivation and is your first priority. You are safe in dealing with common Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, have first knowledge in SAP and are open to new applications. You work independently and reliably drive your topics forward with decision-making and persuasiveness. You are in possession of a valid driving permit (guide certificate class B).
