Creation and processing of plan documents in the field of construction planning (construction plans, land use plans) and in civil and road construction Preparation of layer plans, detail drawings, cuts and plan layouts taking into account common CAD standards Participation in development measures (roads, dewatering, infrastructure) Support in the preparation of plan documents for authorities and contracting entities Maintenance and structuring of plan stands, data and project documents Depending on the experience: cooperation in the field of GIS/XPlanung as well as in the digitization of planning processes Close cooperation with project managers, specialist planners and internal teams

(m/w/d), technical designer, construction technician or comparable qualification First or multi-year professional experience in the planning environment (e.g. construction planning, road/low construction, infrastructure) Safe handling of CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD or BricsCAD) First knowledge in the field of GIS (e.g. ArcGIS) or XPlanung desirable Structured, careful and independent working and good spatial understanding High readiness and interest to develop professionally and to get to know related topics Teamability and reliable and ground-based operation
