You conduct independent proceedings before the labour, social and administrative courts. You advise union members and representatives as well as works and personnel councils on questions of individual and collective labour law and social law. You have the opportunity to engage and develop professionally. These include, for example, writing articles for our publications, holding lectures or participating in legal and trade union events.

You have the second legal state exam and have good knowledge of labour and social law. Ideally, you bring first professional experiences, for example in the trade union environment and in the representation of the interests of workers. You identify yourself with union values and beliefs. Your skill in negotiation and your persuasiveness in word and writing characterize you. Your binding appearance as well as your communication strength and team capacity complete your profile.

A varied and meaningful activity in a collegial team. Depending on the previous experience, your entry fee is EUR 67,700 to 74,100 per year (for full time). We pay a total of 13.5 monthly salaries (including holiday and Christmas money). In addition to 31 holiday days, we also have 10 free days of working time reduction per year.
