A performance-oriented remuneration according to AVR-Caritas salary at 39 hours/week from 01.01.2025: (m/w/d) (S8a) Year of work: approx. 3386 € gross monthly; (m/w/d) (S8a) Year of work: approx. 3.849 € gross monthly Both salaries include a proportional SuE allowance. • Our prevention concept not only ensures a safe environment in which children are protected and encouraged as best possible, but also offers clear guidelines and actions for our employees. Our Kita Manna (Lipschitzallee) can accommodate 100 children and Manna Maria (Mariendorfer Weg) for 84. The bright premises were redesigned in 2020 and 2021 and modernly decorated.

Kita MANNA is scheduled for Mondays - Fridays from 7am to 5pm. Kita MANNA Maria's times are Mondays – Fridays from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. In both kitas we work according to the Dutch concept “Pyramides” in old-shomogen groups and are “Sprachkitas” in the national program. Our educators have fixed reference children. .
