In your 18-month trainee program, we prepare you as a potential provider: in an individual, targeted and professional way, your demanding business as a customer consultant: in the Baden-Württemberg North, West and Switzerland business area. Various topics such as financing, risk protection, capital market business and international business meet you from the outset in concrete projects, products and customers. Connected to the deal team, you bring your own ideas here from the start. At the same time, you will gain insights into adjacent areas of expertise during the trainee program and get to know the challenging product range for corporate customers:inside on-the-job. Personalized training, methodological and professional seminars with experienced lecturers: in-depth information days and networking events accompany the trainee program and prepare yourself as best as possible for your consulting activities.

Together with the corporate customer advisors:inside, product units and risk management, you accompany the strategic customer dialogue as well as the holistic financing consulting. Demanding: You recognize the open needs of our corporate customers: inside and find the right product. Together with the business customer consultants, you can create business and earnings potentials and perform sales work with demanding corporate customers. Various: from the preparation and support of new customer acquisitions, the implementation of risk policy in credit business, to representation tasks in the context of sustainable customer relationships - as a business customer advisor: no day resembles the other. Networked: You appreciate the exchange with others and ask for a knowledge transfer within LBBW. So we create new things together and you can further develop. You’ll contact relevant product units such as corporate finance, leasing, factoring, interest, currency and raw material management, liquidity and investment management, and International Trade and Payment Solutions.

Qualified: The basis for your entry is a completed economic study. Also with a bank-based training and further qualifications, such as a banking business owner: you are right with us. You have already gained valuable experience through internships or work students in the corporate customer business.
