Responsibility for the technical management of the electrical components of the Carl Zeiss SMT GmbH in the sense of the overall responsibility of electrical power according to VDE 1000-10, paragraph 4.4 and contact person of the management for all topics relating to electrical engineering

Compilation of organisational regulations such as procedure, work and operating instructions, and activity-related risk assessments

Coordination and management of department-based electrical specialists (BvEFK or VEFK) as well as the organisation of regular exchange of expertise and experience with all responsible electrical specialists

Responsibility for the selection, appointment and qualification of employees in the field of electrical engineering (e.g. BvEFK, EFK, EuP, FHV, FuP)

Ensuring the qualification of all employees in the field of electrical engineering by, for example, instruction, exchange of experience and further training

Organisation of first-time and recurring security documents for employees and foreign companies in the field of electrical engineering

Monitoring of third-party companies in relation to electrotechnical hazards, as well as the coordination of foreign companies in the assignment of foreign services and the acceptance of services provided in the field of electrical engineering

close cooperation with the purchase of goods for the electrotechnical sector (determination of minimum standards for components, equipment, plants, machinery and services) and coordination with other relevant areas (legal department, personnel department, training department, compliance)

a successfully completed study of electrical engineering

Multiannual professional experience in the field of electrical engineering as responsible electrical power (VEFK) and operators, preferably in the industrial environment

well-founded knowledge in dealing with the relevant rules, e.g. VDE 0105-100, VDE 0113-1, VDE 1000-10, DGUV Note 3, TRBS 1112, ArbSchG and BetrSichV

independent and structured functioning as well as pronounced communication and team skills

high sense of responsibility and social competence in the management of employees and a strong service orientation

a safe handling of MS-Office

excellent knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
