We are looking for a dedicated personality to ensure efficient contractual, accounting and market communication processes, as well as quality-secured support for our customers and market partners. Contract and settlement management: Responsibility for the implementation, monitoring and quality assurance of all contract- and billing-relevant processes for energy, water and heat customers. Ensuring the correct system-side mapping of additional energy products such as charging column leases or PV systems in the Lima accounting system. Monitoring and reporting are also part of the task Customer master data management: building customer accounts as well as planting, maintaining and updating customer master files in the Lima system to ensure smooth contract management and correct and timely accounting Market Communication & Process Control: Conduct, Monitoring and Quality Assurance of Sales Service-relevant Market Communication Processes and Measuring Point Operations.
