technical first-level support for our customers by phone, email and remote access Analysis and troubleshooting of special machines and automation systems Documentation of support cases and maintenance of knowledge database Close cooperation with the service department, design and software development Occasional support for commissioning and service operations on site

Complete training or studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology or comparable Professional experience in technical support, machinery and plant engineering or maintenance desirable Good technical understanding of mechanical, electrical and control engineering relationships Knowledge of SPS (Siemens TIA Portal) & Heidenhain Friendly appearance, communication strength and customer orientation Self-employed and structured work Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
