As Regional Manager*in (m/w/d) Nord you are the heart of our sales strategy. Your responsibility: organization and control of the Studienkreis-Filialen to achieve sales, cost and earnings targets. This means:

Guided tour: You take the technical and disciplinary leadership of your local leadership – from selection to further development Strategy: You use sales controlling systems to analyze key figures. Recognize trends and introduce measures to improve KPI. Close coordination with the management: Your market feedback helps to develop long-term sales strategies Growth: Together with the expansion line, you unlock new locations and implement expansions Quality: You ensure compliance with sales and sales standards and perform regular audits

Complete study of business management or a comparable degree course At least 10 years of leadership experience in sales, ideally in a branch sales organization Strong leadership competence Embossed Analytical Skills Excellent communication & persuasion High organizational talent Clear customer and result orientation
