Consultant - Negotiations / Agriculture / Field Service (m/w/d)

With a 3,700 kilometers long pipeline network, we are one of the largest operators of gas pipelines in Germany. We guarantee a secure energy supply in Germany and Europe – for this we transport reliable, efficient and environmentally friendly gas.

With our years of expertise, we are actively driving the transformation of the energy industry. With our ''AquaDuctus' and ''Flow - Making Hydrogen Happen'' projects, we are on the move to build the new hydrogen infrastructure for Germany. You conduct on-the-spot negotiations with property owners, farmers and authorities/communities to obtain management rights and building permits in projects as well as in the management structure (finance, settlement and processing of agreements, registration permits, funeral and use contracts) You represent our company at public events and in direct contact with local stakeholders You coordinate external service providers and experts as part of legal acquisition You evaluate agricultural and forestry land and growth You take care and management of existing compensatory and replacement measures, including the implementation of success controls You document and maintain contracts, documents and property data in our systems

You have a degree in agriculture, forestry, landscape planning or ecology, or a comparable qualification – ideally with practical experience in agriculture Ideally, you will bring first relevant professional experience in the infrastructure sector or with conservation measures and replacement measures as well as knowledge in the methods of land assessment and agricultural assessment methods with You are safe for negotiation, strong communication and also keep a cool head in challenging conversations You bring a high readiness to travel and are happy to travel in the field You work structured, independent and are versed in handling MS Office and digital documentation systems Diversity enriches our team!
