SAP Basic Administration: Administration, Monitoring, Optimizing Performance, Editing Incidents Permission management: Design and maintain roles, create permission concepts, manage users, perform SoD analyses, implement area requirements Upgrade & Update Management: S/4HANA Upgrades plan and perform, coordinate patches and component updates Downtime Management: Planning and communicating maintenance windows, optimizing downtime, coordinating with specialist areas and stakeholders Fiori & Gateway Administration: administrate Fiori Launchpad, enable and maintain gateway services, manage catalogs Vendor Management: Coordinating and controlling external service providers, monitoring SLAs, defining tasks, ensuring quality Cooperation: To coordinate closely with consulting, development and expertise, take up, evaluate and implement technical requirements

SAP Basic Administration (S/4HANA On-Premise, SAP HANA Database, System Monitoring (Solution Manager, cALM), Job Control, Output Management, Performance Tuning) SAP authorization management (PFCG, SU01/SU10, organization model, segregation of Duties (SoD), Fiori Launchpad Authorizations) Upgrade & Update Management (SUM (Software Update Manager), Downtime Optimization, Patch Strategy, Rollback Strategies) SAP Fiori, Gateway, OData and Cloud Connector Knowledge of ITIL, SLA management and Kanban Multiannual SAP based experience, of which several years with SAP S/4HANA Hands-on mentality and structured and proactive functioning Embossed communication, service and team orientation Flowing German and English skills (word and writing)
