Construction project clerk (m/f/d)

Scores & Economics: You check offers, first set price levels and evaluate construction projects from a commercial perspective. You enter your results in a structured way into the project team and accompany the audit of final invoices. Procurement & negotiations: You conduct negotiations with entrepreneurs and accompany procurement procedures from preparation to completion Development of performance catalogues: You evaluate existing performance catalogs and develop them further -- for more transparency and comparability. In addition, you translate audited planning into clean performance directories and supports the building management in the preparation of tenders Interface work: You are a commercial interface between project management, construction management and external partners

Must-haves: You have a successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. You bring professional experience in the construction industry - you know the processes, the language and the fall knits. You have a good negotiating skills and a good feeling for economically strong financial statements. Your work is structured and analytical. You can also keep track of multiple projects at the same time. Nice-to-haves: VOB basic knowledge or willingness to work on you Experience with performance directories or tendering software Knowledge in the field of warranty and contracting
