Responsibility for a modern cloud-based IT solution in a growing global industrial enterprise Control of product development in an agile project context (Scrum, SAFe) Development and communication of Product Vision and Product Roadmap, taking into account the corporate strategy Implementation of regular feedback cycles with relevant stakeholders:in order to adapt product strategy and improve user experience Professional leadership of an agile Scrum team including budget support Active participation of meetings at team and program level such as planning, review or system demo in a scaled agile environment (SAFe organization)

A good degree of study, preferably of economics, business information, insurance or comparative studies Professional experience as a product owner or manager, ideal as a technical product owner Experience in the digitization of insurance processes Representative ownership for product development, product vision conversion and business value growth for our customers Very good analytical capabilities and an overall thinking capacity as well as a self-contained and struc­tured working method Excellent communication skills, combined with excellent initiative and motivation Very good English skills in word and writing (min.
