Advice and implementation of Atlassian and ITSM solutions to customers Analysis of customer requirements and design and implementation of individual solutions based on the Atlassian tool landscape (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management (JSM)) Responsible planning and implementation of customer projects Development of tailor-made solutions together with experts: Construction and maintenance of long-term customer relationships Support for workshops and training for customers: An exciting business environment

Completed training or completed studies in the field of business, IT or comparable Experience in IT consulting and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, JSM) Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) Analytical thinking and hand-on mentality Communication strength and pronounced customer orientation Very good German and good English skills
