We are looking for a:n dedicated:n CvD for the BR-Puls format ''Trasherchiert'', which is produced for funk – for about 10 days a month as a free:r employee:in. Trasherchiert is a research format on YouTube & TikTok, which aims to reach young people between 16 and 20 years with creatively told, exciting analyses from their world of life. Host Šejla, with her team, is deeply involved in various topics, presenting her analyses with a joke, an exciting storyline and a striking trashy style. Format: https://www.youtube.com/@trasherch

Central contact person for all persons and teams involved in content creation Planning and setting of deadlines and publication dates for the supervised topic Purchasing and awarding topics to Author:innen (e.g. from pitch meetings) Initiation and control of creative processes for topic discovery (e.g. brainstorming) Conceptual coordination of topics, implementation, construction and dramaturgy with author:innen Acceptance of all content including Responsibility for journalistic standards and clarification of program, copyright and usage issues before publication

Multiannual professional experience as CvD or in comparable editorial function in digital moving image formats (ideally focusing on young target group) Great understanding of the target group of the 16- to 20-year-olds and the topics You are moving Very good dramaturgical experience (long form as well as vertical) and no bareness to challenge Strong focus on journalistic standards Expertise about all Vertical platforms and YouTube Know-how about studio production and collaboration with host
