The rooms in our kitas are creative and learning landscapes for children and offer you the opportunity to fully develop your ideas and potential in your role as educators/SPA. The concept of open pedagogy of mindfulness corresponds to our approaches to the development of children. Self-perception, self-determination, self-confidence and self-responsibility are the focus. As colourful and diverse as our kitas, as individual and unique are our children. Accompanying our kitacians in the individual kita everyday along our open pedagogy of mindfulness. Their work is fully oriented towards the needs of the children. You promote the development of children's personality through work in specialized functional spaces and thus ensure a high participation. You are an expert in an educational focus or develop it and inspire the children with your theme.

A completed training as an educator/social pedagogical assistance or a comparable educational qualification recognised as equivalent by the competent body is absolutely necessary. Good knowledge of German at least B2 level. Openness, willingness to learn and teamwork as well as knowledge, experiences or interest in the field of open pedagogy of mindfulness complete your profile.
