SAP ERP HCM, components PA/OM, PT, PY-DE, BAV, ePA

you operate our SAP HCM system and develop it further to keep processes stable you analyze HR and Payroll requirements, translate them into HCM solutions and ensure optimal consulting of the departments you adapt time management and payroll DE and extend it to ensure correct billing you bring your knowledge to OM and company pension plans to map HR structures you write billing and time logs and fix errors so that systems run reliably you control interfaces such as reporting procedures or financial accounting to ensure smooth operations you start test cases and accompany specialist tests so that new solutions are introduced in a stable manner

you have more than 5 years of practical experience in SAP HCM with focus on pay billing Germany (PY-DE) and time management (PT) you have well-founded knowledge in customizing billing and time management you master the settlement DE incl. scheme and rules adjustments and reporting procedures you are safe in time evaluation incl. Schemes and rules you carry out annual change activities and take into account legal changes and support packages You are characterized by a structured, independent way of working, great care and timeliness in accounting processes you have very good German knowledge (min. B2/C1)
