You are not only support with us, but you are actively contributing to how we build data infrastructures and make processes more efficient. Solution Development: You help us develop, maintain and optimize tools based on Excel to automate our reporting and analysis processes. Process design: You analyze existing processes, document them and develop standards and templates that secure our quality. Strategic cooperation: You bring your analysis into projects to increase business efficiency and help prepare data for strategic decisions. Project management insights: You support the team in day-to-day business and learn how complex projects are managed in a global consulting company.

Studies: You successfully study in a scientific (e.g. mathematics, physics), economic or technical degree course. Analytical Mindset: You have a high technical understanding and the ability to quickly incorporate you into complex, structured situations. Excel Competence: You bring well-founded knowledge in data processing with Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables) or have the pronounced motivation and ability to quickly acquire these as well as further skills. Hands-on-Mentality: You think, bring your own ideas and work independently. Personality: You are motivated, strong in communication and you want to learn in an international environment.

Flexibility: You work up to 20h/week – we make your working hours fully flexible after consultation with your team so that You fit perfectly with your schedule. Mobile work: We live a hybrid model – work flexibly from home, while we exchange ourselves for about one day per week in the office in Wiesbaden.
