You will create a suitable customs compliance management system for the entire MPG by introducing yourself with your specialist knowledge and supporting the project management in the lawful and at the same time science-appropriate implementation of the project. This will help you reduce customs risks and give important technical input to manage and manage decision-making processes. You independently advise internal and external process partners and work intensively with the relevant internal and external specialist bodies in all relevant customs matters. You provide information for internal decision-makers of all hierarchical levels. You supervise international customs processing operations of the MPG or its institutions and bodies. The observation and assessment of legislative procedures, case-law and the resulting customs consequences for the MPG's scientific operation are your activities. You work closely with colleagues from the Export Control and External Economic Law Unit. You develop internal training in the field of customs, are professional tactors for establishing suitable training tools (e.g. e-learning) and design and hold training events in front of other specialist departments and institutes.

You have completed a legal study or have completed a degree in commercial vocational training and a study and/or further training in the field of customs/export control. Conceptual work in complex structures and the establishment of suitable IT-supported processes is familiar to them from practice. You have already gained practical experience in the field of international customs processing. You work with the common Microsoft Office applications and also use them routiniert in the project area. In addition, you have a solid application knowledge of SAP and relevant customs processing programs as well as experience in handling AI applications or the willingness to work in appropriate systems. You show a high level of readiness for further training, as well as an independent and independent way of working. You also like to work in cross-disciplinary teams, have a quick understanding and strive for efficient problem solutions.
