Your mission at Asambeauty Are you burning for work with artificial intelligence – especially at the interface between man, machine and creative processes? As AI Solutions Specialist (m/w/d), you actively shape the future of Asambeauty by using, combining and implementing generative AI tools into productive workflows. Whether automated text and image generation, analysis tools or creative campaigns – you develop smart, application-oriented solutions for our departments and contribute to the scaling and efficiency of our AI processes. You work closely with the Head of AI, the specialist departments, the data team and the management – as a technology-driven make-up and internal innovation engine! You are responsible for the following topics:

Development of intelligent AI solutions You take over the design, optimization and further development of prompts for various generative AI systems (e.g. GPT, DALL·E, Midjourney, Claude). You are also responsible for building modular AI workflows by combining different tools – including automation via Make, Zapier or Python, and take over the testing, fine tuning and evaluation of results for the continuous improvement of output quality. Integration & process support Your task is to translate business requirements into functional, contextual AI solutions, and a very close cooperation with all departments. Documentation & quality assurance

The development and maintenance of a company-wide Prompt & Use Case Library as well as the documentation of best practices and the development of clear guidelines for the effective AI application are within your task. You take over the monitoring and continuous evaluation of output KPIs. Enablement & Knowledge Building The implementation of internal training, hands-on sessions and use case workshops is your responsibility and you support your colleagues in handling all AI tools. Thus, the co-design of a AI-affine corporate culture is in your hands through knowledge transfer, inspiration and support.

You bring a degree in computer science, communication science, AI, linguistics or comparable training with or well-founded practical experience with generic AI systems and automation tools Your pleasure and experience in working with tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, Claude, Make have shown you that your strengths lie here Your sense of language, context and structure – paired with curiosity for technology and innovation – characterize yourself and your joy in combining different tools to work workflows is reflected in your daily task Ideally, you already have first experience in areas such as content, data, editorial or UX Your structured, solution-oriented way of working with high self-responsibility can be fully involved with us We work internationally, so you can use your very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
