Nothing's going on? The supplier of a component for continuous production is excluded. Perfectly unexpected. His company had to make insolvency claims. What now? The financial risk management of the procurement takes over. For example, by taking all necessary measures to maintain deliveries in insolvency proceedings.

Your tasks

You independently process global supplier crisis and insolvency cases for all affected VW and/or TRATON brands as Lead Risk Manager to ensure the supply

You coordinate cross-disciplinary cooperation and are responsible for implementing all necessary measures in your cases

You are responsible for internal and external communication (e.g. against insolvency administrators, managing directors, auditors, lawyers, etc.)

You develop appropriate strategies and measures to prevent crisis- and insolvency-related tape breaks

You create and negotiate contracts (e.g. continuation agreements, trade agreements)

As part of our lead function in TRATON Delivery Management for Operational Risk Management, you actively shape the further intensification of cooperation between TRATON brands SCANIA, International, VW Truck & Bus and MAN in the area of financial risk management

You support preventive financial risk management in legal issues with insolvency

You're the first reporting for top management

Your qualifications

As an economic lawyer or full lawyer, you have over several years of professional experience in insolvency and remediation law, for example as a specialist/grey administrator in the insolvency administration, ideally in the context of Automotive. An additional training to the specialist attorney for insolvency law is advantageous

You have proven negotiating skills and presentation strength

You are a team player, work forward-looking, take themes proactively and also stay calm and overview in stressful situations

Your strengths include high resilience and pronounced conflictability and communication skills

Careful occurrence of insolvency administrators and managing directors is not a challenge for you

Preparing recommendations for decision-making for our top management under time and action, you see as an exciting challenge

English language skills in word and writing distinguish you

You are willing to enter global service trips in critical cases
