In this role, you are the first contact person for all technical enquiries, identify IT enquiries, develop solutions and ensure that customers receive fast and competent support at any time.

Your tasks: • Customer support in solving their IT problems • Diagnosis and troubleshooting by remote access to customer computers • Priority and analysis of incoming tickets • Documentation of the solutions and work processes found • Redirecting complex issues to specialized support units • Care and regular updating of the knowledge base • clarification of customer requests and problems through targeted communication

Your qualifications: • A completed training in IT or a comparable qualification • Strong interest in IT topics and a quick understanding • Enthusiasm for precise and structured documentation tasks • A customer-oriented, service-conscious operation • Excellent communication skills and team spirit • Excellent reliability and self-responsibility
