As Digital Workplace Administrator / IT Infrastructure Administrator (m/w/d), you are responsible for the reliable operation of our IT workstations, the Microsoft-365 platform and our network and infrastructure environment. You work at the interface between end user computing, cloud services, network operation and IT security and make a significant contribution to the digital transformation of our company.

Administration and development of our Microsoft 365 environment (teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Exchange Online) Managing modern workplace solutions with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID Ensuring a stable, secure and powerful digital workplace Analysis and elimination of complex disturbances in 2nd and 3rd level support Planning and implementation of rollouts, migrations and infrastructure projects Administration and further development of our LAN, WAN and WLAN infrastructure Operation and configuration of network components, firewalls and VPN solutions Ensuring network availability and performance at our company locations Administration and development of AI-based solutions in the Microsoft-365 environment, in particular Microsoft 365 Copilot Advice and support for the specialist areas in the safe and efficient use of AI applications Working with IT security, infrastructure and digitalization projects Creation and maintenance of technical documentation Cooperation with internal departments and external service providers

Successfully completed IT training or studies in computer science, business informatics and comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in the field of digital workplace, IT infrastructure or system administration Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 as well as the associated cloud services ideally complemented with experiences with Microsoft 365 copilot and AI-based workplace solutions Experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID Knowledge of network technologies (LAN, WAN, WLAN) Experience with routing, switching, firewalls and VPN technologies Good knowledge of IT security and identity management Experience in the planning and implementation of IT projects Interest in new technologies and pleasure in driving digital innovation in the company Self-employed, structured and service-oriented work Very good German and good English skills
