Ensure billing: Together with your team, you are responsible for the operational and correct billing for private and commercial customers in network usage management. Developing processes: You actively shape the operational development, automation and digitization of our processes and implement efficiency and quality improvements. Test system solutions: You actively test system changes and renewals, identify, analyze system errors and drive solutions forward. Managing interfaces: You work closely with adjacent areas and analyze cross-cutting processes for sustainable optimization. Analyzing data: You collect, structure and analyze data, then take measures to avoid and eliminate errors and consistently implement them.

Qualification: You have successfully completed a commercial training with additional qualification. Expertise: You bring experience in the energy industry and process optimization.
