Together with your board colleague, you are driving forward the strategic development of the offer portfolio and accompanying the development of new fields of activity. With extensive design space and in cooperation with the management team, you are responsible for and developing the orientation of the association in a trustful coordination with the SkF Council. As an experienced manager, you give the management team clear orientation and accompany change processes as well as the sustainable development of the organisation and corporate culture. You actively network, maintain contacts with political bodies, associations as well as the district and state levels and contribute to social policy changes.

An academic qualification in social sciences, social work, (social) pedagogy, social management or a comparable discipline forms your technical basis, ideally complemented by business know-how. Multiannual leadership and leadership experience in the social economy empowers you to strategically develop complex organisations and take teams. Entrepreneurial thinking, organisational strength and experience in change and development processes characterize your work. As a communicatively strong networker, you are convinced by negotiation skills, safe occurrence, empathy and diplomacy in dealing with different stakeholders. .
