• Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of 12 engineers and scientists

• Independently responsible planning and coordination of sophisticated development projects in the field of microwave remote sensing (ground and satellite) and mmWave measurement technology

• Conception, definition and implementation of the product strategy, including the creation of product roadmaps and resource planning

• Construction and maintenance of close relationships with Rohde & Schwarz development departments

• Ensuring effective cooperation with design, project and product management as well as production at different locations

• Complete technical studies e.g. electrical engineering (HF) physics or a comparable qualification

• Qualified professional experience in high-frequency technology

• Knowledge of applications in microwave remote sensing is desirable

• Found experience in the disciplinary leadership of employees

• Ability to motivate a team and lead it sovereignly

• Safe occurrence, enforcement and communication strength, analytical thinking and working methods

• Embossed intercultural competence as well as very good English knowledge in word and writing
