  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of 12 engineers and scientists

  • Independently responsible planning and coordination of sophisticated development projects in the field of microwave remote sensing (ground and satellite) and mmWave measurement technology

  • Conception, definition and implementation of the product strategy, including the creation of product roadmaps and resource planning
