You create the design and execution planning of demanding buildings for a variety of uses, such as schools, kindergartens and office and administration buildings. The technical coordination with specialist engineers, project managers, architects and engineers as well as contractors takes place. During the entire planning phases, you work on the three-dimensional building model and derive the plan documents and component lists from it. In case of need, you support the creation of performance directories for the tendering of post-contracting services in coordination with the project management. In addition, you work with development processes and work with the technical office in the center in knowledge.

You have completed your studies in the field of architecture or civil engineering, as an alternative you have completed training in the field of construction technology or comparable. Ideally, you already have professional experience in designing construction projects and are familiar with relevant laws, regulations and standards. Safe handling of 3D CAD software and ideally knowledge of Revit are available. A structured, solution-oriented mode of operation is characterized. You are interested in developing sustainable solutions in modular construction. A cooperative approach to clients, external project participants and the team are of course for you. Negotiating German skills round off their profile.
