Hamburger Energienetz GmbH is a privately organised energy distribution network operator owned by the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. Due to the merger of electricity grid Hamburg and gas grid Hamburg in September 2024, Hamburger Energienetz GmbH is Hamburg's largest energy distribution network computing company.

Your main tasks include network and system administration of the technical infrastructure of the system management Hamburg. In addition, you enter complex IT and TK systems and develop them further. You develop and implement strategic operating concepts, taking into account the specific requirements of network management. The coordination of external service providers and the participation in contract design are also within your responsibility. In addition, you will develop solutions and decisions in close cooperation with other business areas. The acquisition of projects and the support of the operating organization in the System Management division are also your tasks. You represent the interests of the company with internal and external stakeholders, such as industry associations and other network operators.

You have a completed (special) university degree in the field of electrical engineering, computer science, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification. multiannual relevant professional experience is available; Industry experience with a transmission or distribution system operator is advantageous. You have special knowledge in the operation and administration of IT and TK systems. Proofable project experience can also be submitted. In addition, you are characterized by communication and design capabilities as well as a high degree of flexibility and strategic thinking. A T2 security check is required for this body.
