Relax in the Maurische Kiosk with sauna, steam bath and relaxation room. In the BiPHiT fitness and massage area, our guests can reduce the stress of the day or actively start the day. The restaurant Pfistermühle offers upscale Bavarian cuisine in real ambience of an old mill of 1573 with 95 seats inside and 30 outside. Our host house Ayingers is living in the 1A square, where the traditional Münchner host house culture is cultivated with 140 indoor and 80 outdoor spaces. „Hopfenliebe und Heimatfühl“ – Our MARIAS PLATZL opened a second house in autumn 2018: 34 guest rooms in a modern and modern style and an event location for events and cultural performances for up to 200 people. In addition, we await our guests with a newly designed WIRTSHAUS AYINGER IN DER AU – at 126 indoors and 110 outdoors, we serve Bavarian host house kitchen “newly interpreted” and also focus on beers of the family-run private brewery Ayinger.

Clean rooms, clear processes and a team that can rely on you – this is exactly your field. As a housekeeping manager, you are the backbone of our housekeeping area. You make sure that everything goes round in the day-to-day business and ensure consistently high quality throughout the house with your attention to detail. True in leadership, lively in everyday life and with a good sense for people and processes – so you perfectly fit us. Together with your team, you make sure that our guests feel comfortable in their room from the very first moment and that special wishes are always taken into account. You live our standards and make sure your team knows and keeps them! In addition, you create and implement new ones if needed. Depending on the occupancy, you can efficiently participate in the housekeeping team. You are a real team leader and people manager and have fun to motivate, train and promote your team. Since we work with external service providers, it is also your job to check their work and check our rooms. You organize and control the daily processes independently. You enjoy special guest preferences and coordinate them reliably and gladly. You are responsible for the issue and administration of uniforms. You plan and accompany quality tours throughout the house. Work on the computer for you as well as everyday work, as the order of guest articles and personal laundry. Our trainee, intern:inside and new colleagues, you will be happy to pass on your professional knowledge.
