These are your tasks: creating and controlling picklists/waves (e.g. according to CPT, KPI, range) Coordination of order release with Team Leads & operational areas Ensuring efficient flow of goods (inbound, outbound, relocation) Monitoring and analysis of KPIs & performance indicators Proactive control of the bearing processes in case of deviations Close coordination with internal areas & customers (Chat communication) Case Management: Analysis, Tracking and Solution of Problems Support for shipping coordination & truck planning Working with special projects and cross-departmental support Delivery station: creation of shipping overview and administration of administrative truck coordination

This is what you bring: completed commercial training or comparable qualification Experience in logistics, warehousing or material flow control Safe handling of WMS systems and MS Office / O365 Good knowledge of English Analytical Thinking & Structured Operation High self-initiative, flexibility and resilience Communication strength & team capacity Solution orientation & quality awareness Ready for shift work (3 shift) and Saturday work
