That's what you expect: In this role, you take over the independent planning, control and implementation of demanding engineering projects for several of our tank storage locations. You accompany projects completely over all phases – from the design and execution planning to the (local) construction management in new buildings to the support and further development of existing objects. With your well-founded engineering know-how, you ensure that all measures are implemented in a time-, cost- and quality-oriented manner and always comply with applicable legal, regulatory and technical requirements. In addition, you are responsible for the production, maintenance and testing of technical documentation and thus contribute significantly to safe, sustainable and sustainable plant locations.

Project management: You plan engineering (partial) projects and implement them independently – from the concept phase to completion. Take the time and budget control and ensure a smooth implementation. Technical documentation: You develop state-of-the-art engineering reports, conduct the project documentation and assist in regulatory approval applications. Construction management: You coordinate foreign companies, take over the local construction management and ensure that all works are carried out professionally and on time. Maintenance: You support the team in the maintenance of the plants in the tank warehouse and ensure long-term operational safety. Interface management: You work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth project processing and optimal communication.

Education: You have completed a technical study in the field of construction engineering / civil engineering, are a state-tested construction technician (m/w/d) or have a comparable training in the field of construction engineering. Expertise: You have first professional experience in building planning and static calculation, as well as expertise in creating specifications and performance directories. Legal requirements: You know the relevant legal regulations, in particular in WHG or BetrSichV, and can safely apply them. Industry experience: Ideally you have experience with operating processes in tank warehouses or in an industry-specific environment. IT know-how: You have routine dealing with MS Office; Know-how in MS Project and SAP is a plus. Languages: You communicate well in English Flexibility: You own the class B driver's license and bring the willingness to participate in occasional business trips in Germany and abroad.
