Independently responsible design, planning, control and implementation of strategic programs and major projects as part of our production strategy “Next Level Production Network Western Europe” Design and development of the ‘Next Level’ strategy programme and overall entrepreneurial assessment of the impact in the end-to-end processes Trans-site control (termine, resource, costs) to achieve long-term Production targets Conception and development and implementation of a key figures system for sustainable Controlling the project landscape and creating transparency Working with the vertical and horizontal integration of “Next Level Production Network Western Europe” as a control system, all works to the shopfloor in the sense of a uniform approach Ensuring sustainable implementation and effectiveness including any necessary adaptations by developing and defining binding standards, approach models and governance structures Professional leadership and coordination of selected project and subproject teams Responsibility for special projects of the DB/OE department management as well as preparation and representation of the topics in sectoral and group-wide bodies

Higher education or university studies, preferably economic engineering, engineering with additional commercial qualification or business management with additional technical qualification Long-standing professional experience in operations, purchasing, supply chain management, strategy or project management; international experience of advantage Experience in technical project management in a complex, dynamic environment Very good knowledge of project/program management and stakeholders Understanding production processes, supply chains and corporate strategy Embossed communication and moderation capabilities, sovereign appearance and high presentation competence, also at the level of decision-making bodies Teamability, enforcement, flexibility, intercultural competence and readiness to travel
