Global Customer Service & Parts (GCSP) is responsible for the global parts and service business of Mercedes-Benz AG. With over one million square meters of storage space, the Global Logistics Center (GLC) in Germersheim is the world's largest warehouse for automotive spare parts and, at the same time, the headquarters of the global Mercedes-Benz After-Sales Supply Chain Network. With state-of-the-art warehouse technology and innovative systems, our employees ensure that vehicle customers receive the best service every day.

The global supply network and intralogistics planning with its headquarters in the GLC Germersheim is responsible for providing the required infrastructure for the international supply chain network. With innovative processes and the most modern methods we design and realize efficient logistics locations worldwide. Thus we create the basis for a smooth, efficient part supply – for workshops and for our customers around the globe. Your tasks: In the planning and implementation of logistics concepts for the worldwide logistics center of Mercedes-Benz AG, you will be able to

You take responsibility in area reporting and management as well as the further development of dashboards for targeted communication

You create presentations and documents that optimally represent our projects

The activity can start from March 2026 with about 12 hours/week. First, the activity is limited to 12 months. There is an interest in long-term cooperation.

Degree course Economic Engineering, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, (technical) Business Administration or a comparable degree course

First knowledge in the field of logistics are advantageous

Secure handling of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), ideally supplemented by VBA identifiers (Makros)

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Analytical and strategic thinking, team spirit and commitment
