Ensuring production quality. You actively define and control our quality indicators in the Shopfloor Initiating improvement projects to ensure production quality Creation of 8D reports and work instructions to ensure production quality Processing of customer complaints (from Cause Analysis to Sustainable Implementation in Manufacturing) and supplier quality topics Support for quality assurance in electronics production and final assembly Interface to Industrial Engineering and R&D in the introduction or modification of manufacturing processes Interface to support certification, complaint processing and FMEA's creation

Qualification as an engineer or technician (a) with experience in quality assurance and quality management in a manufacturing company Wide knowledge of methods in the field of quality organization such as e.g. Ishikawa, 5W, 8D, or PDCA Strong quality awareness as well as a structured and analytical method Experience in the field of assembly and/or manufacturing of electronic components Hands-on mentality and good communication and team skills
