Team Leader (m/w/d) for our calibration laboratory in the field of electrics and thermodynamics

After an extensive integration phase, you will take over the disciplinary leadership for our team of about 6 employees. You are the first to contact:in the case of staff support,supported in professional development and for a positive team spirit You plan and coordinate the tasks of the laboratory taking into account resources You develop the laboratory and are in close coordination with internal departments to always respond to market requirements With your structured and open way, you make sure that customer orders are processed timely and according to the requirements. You are responsible for the implementation of agreed team objectives and contribute to budgeting and cost monitoring You are responsible for the operational execution of calibrations in the wide range of electrical engineering and thermodynamics and assist your team in daily business

Whether Technicians:in, Master:in, Diploma, Bachelor or Master: Your Personality You bring a completed electrotechnical training, as well as practical experience in the field of electrical engineering or thermodynamics.
